I paid $ 19 for this month, but still registrations don't reach to my e-mail box. They appear only in the system (subbmissions). How can i fix it?

This works only with email@example.com in the "Notification" . I really, really need to find the way out

I am assuming that you would like to modify the email sender information with a particular SMTP email address. I am assuming that you are able to receive when you place the NOREPLY@JOTFORM.COM sender, but when you have add a SMTP email you no longer receive emails.
Please let me know if I am correct or not. Please also let us know the SMTP email you would like to use to we can verify that it will work properly.
