We are in the middle of a recruitment process and noticed that the 10 most recent submissions are not automatically coming through to our email address that we have them linked to. Is there a reason for this?

I see no problems in your form email settings. Your email address is also not bounce listed. All form submissions were all sent to your email address based on our system logs. You can also check this in your account. Here's how: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History.
If you didn't receive any, it's either the emails are filtered as spam or they are blocked from reaching your inbox. To confirm this, I would suggest checking your spam folder, but if no emails are there, it is recommended to do our solutions from this guide:
