    A user can't see the Quantity Gift Registry widget in the form

    On my computer and phone, I can see the box that let's me choose how many participants. One of our customers, however, couldn't on either platform. She sent me a screen shot. I've used this type of form many times and haven't had this problem as far as I can tell.

    The screenshot looks like using the default browser in an Android device. Please try asking your user to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Let us know if the problem persists.

    She told me she had the same problem on her computer. I looked at it using
    the default browser on my android and saw it fine. I know it is impossible
    to trouble shoot things like this with the wide variety of interfaces.

    Meaning, it's not showing up to any kind of browser in her computer? Would you mind asking her to check here browser console to see if there are errors there that are causing the issue. Here's how: http://www.wickedlysmart.com/hfjsconsole/

    I just tried it again using my other android device, it's not showing up to my end:

     

    I can't check the error in the mobile, but I think this is still caused by same-origin policy.
