Copy Act! Pro information to the form before sending it so contacts can confirm the details

OK, I use Act! Pro, and would like to have a form that copies the contact info (from Act, that I have for a contact), then sends the form (filled in with that info), and asks the contact, "Hey, please confirm or change the info I have on file for you"?

Do you have a template for this, or can you assist?

    Hi John,

This is my first time with Act! Pro. But if you have the options there to send an email to your contacts and the option to personalize the messages (field tags like email newsletter), then I'm sure you can do this.

First, you will have to create your form. Put all the needed fields.

Second, use the prepopulation method (http://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-fields-to-your-JotForm-via-URL-parameters).

Third, you will have to change data in the prepopulated form URL with your Act! Pro field tags.

If you need further help, let us know.

    Thanks
