    Hello,

I search the forums but could not find one I was looking for. I know that Jotform can hide empty field but right now i think that it thinks that the phone field is not empty because of the dash(-). Sample below it is showing the empty phone field but it is showing because it sees the dash(-) and it takes it not empty. How would I remove this dash(-) without having to change the phone field to a regular text box field? I would prefer to use the phone field.

    Hi,

I cloned your form to test it and the empty field were not showing in the email or PDF of the form:

Hiding them in the submission data worked as well.  Are they still not being hidden in your copy?

I think I had just fixed it by changing the property of the phone masked field. then I had to enable the mask. I took out the dash in the mask. And I think that is what made it worked.

    Thank you.
