    Not Receiving Email Notifications for Mail Account in Germany

    Hi, I 'm from Mexico , and I need that mail is sent to a mail in Germany and are not coming , are no restrictions?

    It seems you are having trouble with sending emails to a german email address and that those are not arriving? Is that correct or have I misunderstood you?

    We were having an issue with it around the time that you opened this thread about it for which we had applied a fix from our end to correct the problem. As far as I know it only affected accounts using EU Servers or containing EU-Related Forms

    Additionally, I checked your Email History and it appears that we are sending though it's noticed that you have a few submissions which are just tests from clicking the Test Email Button. To check your emails more accurately it is recommended to fill in the form and submit it to yourself.

    Can you please try this again and let us know if you are still experiencing this issue?
