    Submission PDF layout issues

    When I choose 'get pdf' from the 9 Mental Skills of Successful Coaches Assessment, some of the the questions in each category no longer show up on the pdf.  

     

    For example, on section 2, MOTIVATION, the first two questions don't appear on the pdf downloard even though they are clearly there when I 'view the submission results' of said form.

    I have created PDF report from your submission and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. First two questions are there, but they are cut off. 

    I was not able to replicate mentioned issue on my cloned form.

    I would suggest you to use Customize PDF option and adjust Matrix table fields in your PDF report so that they are not cut off.

    Thank you for getting back to me. Your suggestion of customizing each pdf is not realistic from a time stand point. I get over 30 of these a month and the idea that I would have to customize every single one before I send it back to the client is not reasonable. I am hopeful that there is some other solution that I can do that will fix all of them. Up until a couple of months ago this was not happening. Why would it be different now?

    Hi,

     

    You only need to customize the PDF design (or adjust the Matrix table field) on your PDF report once as the customization will take effect on all of the submission PDF's of a certain form. Please do try what my colleague has suggested.

    I have been trying to adjust the matrix table and am not able to solve the problem. I really can't figure out how to solve this problem on my end. Given that I am a paying customer and am taking time away from my business to do this, would it be possible for a tech on your end to help me solve this problem? Again, I would tell you that this problem of answers being cut off didn't used to happen when I started using Jotform with this particular survey.

    We are sorry for the inconveniences you are facing due to this PDF layout issue.

    It looks like that fields are no longer auto-resized correctly. We will need to investigate this issue with our Development Team.

    A bug report ticket has been attached to this thread and escalated.

    We will get back to you once we have any updates.

    We too are seeing a layout issue.  Just started in the last few days from what I've been told.  We had extra fields show up (submission date, form number, IP address) that were not originally on the form.  It also looks like fields are not getting wrapped like they used to.

    Have you had time to evaluate why the fields are no longer auto re-sizing correctly? I am being held up in my work with my clients while waiting for this issue to be resolved.

    To Whom it may concern,

    The issue below has now been going on for over two weeks with it being marked urgent for at least a week. An aspect of my business depends on me being able to get these survey responses accurately sent back out to my clients and I have not been able to do that now for quite a while. Please advise as to when I can expect a resolution.

    Sorry for inconvenience this may caused you. 

    I have Reset PDF Designer on your account and after that I have created PDF reports from your submissions. Matrix tables are not cut off any more.

    Can you please create new PDF reports and check if this issue is now resolved.
