    All our form gives the following message once submitted:

     

     

    Temporarily Unavailable
    We are currently experiencing abnormally high traffic volume and working to restore all services as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
     
     
     

    We need the service to be immediately restored as we have an event right now !

    Hi,

    I tested the form and was able to get the confirmation message. You should be able to see the submission named "Beverly Hills".
