Radio button displayed text and pushed values

Hi,

Is it possible to display longer text in the radio buttons but send another value to our CRM system ?

For instance;

Where are you coming from?

Display value: United Kingdom

Value sent: UK

Unfortunately, the short answer is no. This is only possible to assign values and forward them to other fields on your forms. Then, you should be able to send the values to your CRM from those other fields.
