cannot logon or reset password

    Cannot get the reset password buttons to work in IE 11 or Chrome (current version)... Anyway to get some password reset help? thank you, Chris Wallace 510.224.8814

    I was not able to find account that is created with email address applications@tylin.com. I did found account that might be yours wallacec34. Email address of that account is wall******@*******.com

    You can login to your account with email address or with username. If you have forgot your password you can reset your password:

    1. Go to jotform login page

    2. Click on the login button on top

    3. Click the "Forgot Password?" button

    4. Provide your username or email, and click on send reset button.
