Where is the URL to paste access to a form to a website?

    My students will be viewing a web page for the course and submitting questions with the Clinic Submit form. However, I can't find the remote link to link the submit form to the website. It used to be at the top of the Jotform page, but I can't find it now.

    Hello !

    You can get your form by 3 different ways,you should go to the option "Publish" at the top tool bar and choose the option that you want.

    These are the options that you can choose.

    1.Embed option.

    2.Source code.

    3.IFrame option.
