Hello! My name is Christian, and I run an organization called Koncerts for Kause. We provide local senior homes with monthly music recitals. We depend on our online forms to gather information from students who want to perform at our recitals, and can't do so with this impediment.
I have read that this is due to your automatic phishing detector, but I fail to see why what I am doing is wrong. Could you please help me with this problem?
Thank you!
Christian

Hi,
Your forms have been automatically disabled because they were using a label name like "passcode" which may have triggered the phishing detector. However, upon checking on your other forms, I have found out that you were violating Jotforms terms also.
Collecting credit card information violates our terms.
