Why is my form disabled?

My 2015 recipe form is disabled.  Why?  I copied my old recipe form from last year and changed a few things on it namely the date.  it worked for 2 people.  Now it is saying it is disabled.  So I recreated a new one.  I tested it out through the jot form builder, it worked fine.  I logged out of jotform.com and I went through the process like a was a normal user by clicking on the link provided and filled in the fields, hit submit and it says it is disabled.

It is not on a web page.  The link to the form is shared to members via email.

Can you please help me?  I need this form up and running.

Our sincere apologies. Your forms should work fine by now.

Your account was set to dormant, this was probably due to the database maintenance made recently but everything is now back to normal.
