Multiple users/clients in the same Form

My case is this: I'm creating a form so we can get information about our clients process so we can compose a IT Project proposal. For that I need two users from the client to fill the same form from different computers.

Is it possible? Like having a particular URL for each client?

Currently there is no limit on how many users can submit a form at the same time. If you require, you may have many users filling the same form at the same time.

If you require only this users to have access to this form, you would need to talk to your IT team and ask them to give the users access to this form only.

Unfortunately, there is no way to have 2 different URLs to the same form. The only way to do this is to embed the forms in 2 different sites.
