Getting this error when trying to download a fillable PDFThis XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. PDF forms are rather limited in their capabilities.
Fields such as widgets, file uploads and things of that nature do not work properly when translated into PDF form. Conditions also do not work. Any fields hidden or shown conditionally will issues being displayed properly in the PDF.
Since a large portion of your form includes these features, it may not be possible to create a PDF copy of your form.
If you do not mind removing a large portion of the form, I can assist you with creating a copy that will work in PDF form, however, it would likely need to be a much different functioning form.
