Select all list - does not send emails to recipients if ALL is chosen

    Hi,

     

    I have this site.....

    When I choose to send notification to ALL on the list I have created condition that should send emails to ALL of the recipients on the list.  I separated the emails with comma,- sometimes there are two ore more times the same email recipient because he has obligation to more than one company!

    But no notification is send to any of the recipients.

    I am working in Muse so I have two forms - one for desktop and one for mobile - exactly the same data in each form.

    Pls. advice.

    Thank you for contacting us. 

    There is a limit of 10 email addresses per email notification or conditional email. 

    There's a limit of 10 recipients per notifiers and 2 for autoresponders. So, you'd need to create additional notifications (containing the same information) if you wish to send the message to more than 10 people.

    Also 20 emails per hour can be received for free user, so if you send 20 on one submission, you will not get any others neither.

    I have also checked email address of your account and your email address was on bounce list. Our system gave following result:

    tjaldutilega@tjaldutilega.is is IN the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : 

    tjaldutilega@tjaldutilega.is is NOT in the unsubscribe list

    I have now removed them from our bounce list and it should be working fine now.

    And this guide How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues.

    Also you can Whitelist JotMails IP Addresses.

    tjaldutilega@tjaldutilega.is is not email in any of the conditions.

    Can I buy more email capacity?

    Is there any way to send more than 10 recipients email fpr same notification?

    I need to be able to send up to 75 emails at a time and to all of them

    if the user choose to do so.

    You can upgrade your account to increase mailing capacity. More about different account type you can find on our pricing page. For paid account limit is 100 emails per hour. 

    It is not possible to send email Notifications to more than 10 recipients with one Notification.

    Also one possible solution in case that you want to send 75 email Notifications when form is submitted is to add the emails to a mailing list, then  send the notification to the mailing list address. It will also ensure faster deliveries. The mailing list can be created in a service like mailchimp or on your own domain email server. The mailing list address can then be added to the notification email/condition.
