    I have just made a form, but when testing, it doesn't go to the email address I entered to receive the forms - am I doing something wrong?

    Are you testing your email Notifications using "Test Email"button? 

    Please note that this will always send the email notification to the email address associated with the one on your JotForm profile.

    Please refer to this guide here How-to-properly-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address.

    If you are not receiving email when you submit your form please inform us. We currently have issue with email Notifications. Emails are not sent to some EU region users.

    No- not test- i tested the test and it passed the test.
    Live form sends nothing. I am in EU area.

    There was a recent issue with email notifications delivery on EU location, however, this has now been resolved. Would you mind checking it again this time?

    The following log shows they are successfully sent to your email.
