I would like to downgrade my subscription. When I click on downgrade, a popup notification tells me that "Your subscription has been scheduled to be cancelled manually." but it is not cancelled.
Please downgrade my subscription.

I checked your account alpertuna and I noticed that the account is already scheduled to downgrade on November 13, 2015.
You can still enjoy your Bronze Plan until November 13, 2015.
