    The September 30 change of plan premium to starter and has taken me by paypal day October 1 90 € not understand ?? I can explain it.

    So, you wanted to cancel your subscription and go back to free status? Please let us know. 

    There seem to be two subscriptions(S-9L796685EH005451N, and S-7L409197PL092653P), I will send this information to our billing department. So we can get a further clarification on this.

    It seems like you had 2 subscriptions, so I've canceled and refunded this latest payment.
