Encrypted form not working

I created a test form and encrypted it. NOw I'm testing it. I fill out the form and hit submit, and it says "Please Wait" and nothing is happing. It's not submitting the form.

I was able to submit using your form with no problem. I also made a test form of mine and it works OK. https://form.jotform.com/53024995497973
