I want the yes/no question "Esta despesa é para ser lançada no programa?" on my form only if specific conditions are matched.
It depends on if a specific name from the field "Colaborador(a)" (Worker name) is selected and if the "Tipo de despesa" field (Expense type) is "Peças Técnica".
I´ve tryed many different ways but when i choose the correct conditions the question do not get visible on my form.
Already tried the condition "If all" without success :(
My form url is http://www.jotform.com//?formID=52444339697366
Could you help me with that?
Thanks in advance

I did a fair bit of testing with your form and it looks like the field you are trying to show is being hidden behind a form collapse that it not shown. First, you would need to show the field:
If the field is manually hidden, it will not be shown even conditionally.
The form collapse that is shown when the form is loaded, is not the one that contains the field you are trying to show:
I needed to moved the "Esta despesa é para ser lançada no programa?" field into the second form collapse, then adjust the condition to use the second "Tipo de despesa" and the form worked properly:
You can clone the form to your own account if you would like:

Many thanks for your help.
This is an expense form, so i need all the 5 fields available for placing expenses: "Adicione aqui a sua despesa" (first one) and "Adicione mais despesas" (the next four).
And i also need the "Esta despesa é para ser lançada no programa?" to be showned in every form colapse if the respective "Peças Técnica" from the "Tipo de Despesa" label is selected.

Check your conditions to make sure the proper field is being shown in the correct form collapse. Labeling them differently until you have all your conditions with the correct fields would help greatly.
