how can I change the excel layout?

    I need the answers stay one under the other, like OTnº and Motivo..., than, OTnº2 and Motivo..., under the nº1. is there a way to do this? how can I change the excel layout? Image 1 Screenshot 20

    I understand that you are saying you want to change the excel layout.

    Are you referring to making your spreadsheet entries line up neatly for the ones that appear off-centered? Or?

    Please confirm or correct me.

    I need that the data come one under the other, and basically information repeat until the “OT nº--> X” get the end, like the example.
