I understand that you appear to be experiencing a similar issue with none of your email notifications arriving after moving over to our EU DataCenter.
Could you provide us with an example form that this issue is happening with?
What email addresses are you not receiving the email notifications at?
According to your Email History it appears you have several email addresses being used.
Is this the same problem for all of them not getting the email notifications?
