same problem here: we are not receiving email notifications. but history shows email as sent:
As we are located in Germany, I think this is related to the Email problem concerning EU accounts? We checked all spam folders, bounce lists, etc. and also submissions are placed correctly.
Problem has occured the first time yesterday 29.10.2015 4:43 AM.
Please fix it as we are receiving many orders by your form each day - and now we are kind of blocked.

Thanks for moving my post to a new the thread.
And an extra info: We did not move to EU servers until now. Perhaps this is important for finding the issue...

Thank you for reporting this issue to us and we are aware of the problem. We do apologize for the inconvenience and it is being investigated deeper by our developers so that we can resolve the issue for everyone affected by it.
We've applied another change to our system to help correct the issue as of a few minutes ago.
Can you please test it again on your end now and let us know if this problem is still occurring?

Hello and thank you for your help. We tested for about 7 hours now: as for now everything seems to be back to normal and is working!
