Issues with Paypal Widget

Some of our customers are having an issue with the Paypal widget on our forms. They complete the form, and when they hit the submit button, the Paypal page does not pop up. Could this be an issue with their browser settings?

Sorry for this inconvenience. I cloned your form and was not able to replicate the issue. Could you please indicate the browsers your users are using? Could you also try to advice if clearing both the cache and cookies.
