I can take a photo with the widget but I can see the whole photo on the submitted document. It looks like this:

I did a test on your form and the image is fully view-able on the email notification sent, i did it using a laptop camera and Firefox browser.
On what device and browser are you taking the photo with?

It does look good in the email and in the jotform submissions area. I can't see the whole photo when I use the Google Drive integration.

I have cloned your form but I wasn't able to replicate the issue when I checked the submission on my Google drive. The cloned form is - https://form.jotform.com/53058745165965.
Does the issue still persist?
