    Testing the Payment processing integraton

I am testing the payment integration for my "GOPFAN" app but for some reason, it freezes after you hit the SUBMIT button.  It reads "please wait" but stays that way.

I tested the API settings and everything works.

    Please help.

    Thank you

    Hello Chris,

I tested the form's direct link and it went through to the PayPal page without any issues.

could you by any chance be embedding it in a website? If so kindly ensure you are using the iframe embed method so as to prevent script conflicts.

Sammy, appreciate the help but it is still not working.  I am not using a website, this will just be an application.  I have tried many times but it still hangs up after you click on the submit button.

I am testing it on my smartphone.

I have reinstalled the widget, API settings, etc.

This is only for the "GOPFAN" form.

All other forms are working and have nothing to do with this app.

    Hi Chris,

I also checked your form "GOPFAN" on a mobile device and it redirects to the Paypal checkout page without any problem.

In this case, I suggest you to try it on a different browser like Chrome on a mobile, it might be a some issue with javascript which is blocking that connection on your current browser. (I also tried it on Firefox, there is no problem on it as well.)

After trying, please give us a feedback about the results.

I am not sure what else to do.  I tried in Chrome and Firefox android browser and it is still not working.

    My other app works fine.

I am using the snappii preview app on my smartphone.  It will not go to Paypal after clicking submit button.

No idea why you can do it but I cannot.

Do you use a direct form link from your App or embedded form within App? If the form is embedded, please try to use an iFrame code.

You might also try removing captcha to see if that makes any differences.

If this does not help, please let us know. Thank you.
