I clicked the "Transfer your data to the EU" button and all past submissions for all our forms are now blank apart from the date and time of each submission. Can the data be recovered?

I checked your account phwil1and it appears it has no form.

Are the firms under a different account? Kindly provide us with the username so that we can be able to forward it to our development team to allow for the correct synchronization with you associated data.

    Patiently awaiting your feedback.

Thanks, this seems to be a permissions issue of some kind. I am a "sub user" on the account "veronikacejpkova", and the account owner can still see the full content of all the submissions.

It looks as though the Transfer to EU process needs to be run by the account owner. Running it as a "sub user", as I did, just seems to have lost my access to the submissions, without actually transferring the form data, although it didn't show any error messages. The account owner still sees the submissions at the non-EU Jotform web address.

Kindly ask the main account administrator to remove and re-add you again as a sub user then share the forms afresh with you.

This should re-establish the form between the main account and you account.

Have you logged it to the EU servers via this link http://eu.jotform.com to check if you can view thw submissions?

Thanks very much, removing me as a sub user and adding me back worked fine; all submissions are now visible.
