I paid to obtain the JotForm Premium account because it was the best solution for me.
I created 2 forms and test the recipient mail address. At the beginning, it worked fine. For information, I'm the creator but not the receiver.
However there is a big problem. Since a few weeks, the receiver doesn't receive any forms.
When I've checked my account, I saw that it was 57 forms never be sent to the recipient mail address.
I've checked my forms and the mail address is ok. I don't understand why the recipient doesn't receive any forms.

I believe you are referring to the email that submitters of your form will receive after filling up and submitting your form, is that correct? If it is, you need to set up an AutoResponder on your form.
