How do I get to the SMTP Account Wizard to verify an email address?

I received an email with :

To be able to send emails from this address we must verify your email address. Please copy the verification code below to the SMTP Account Wizard:

with a Verification Code.  I don't know what to do with it - someone else is developing this form for me.

Please respond to treasuer@cc-ds.org, which is the email address at issue.
