Missing submission data

    Hello,

    I have some issue with PDF Layout, there is only submission date and no other informations.

    It seems to me that you appear to be having an issue with the generated pdf of your submission data not displaying all of the information.

    I've checked on this for you and found that you appear to be logging in through our US Data Center at http://www.jotform.com so this is the reason your information is empty.

    Try going to http://eu.jotform.com first then log in and attempt to view your submission data and it should appear properly.

    According to your IP Address it's notable that you are from France so that means your forms would be utilizing our EU Servers instead.

    I just tested it through the http://eu.jotform.com  but it doesn't work as well....

    I apologize about the inconvenience and thank you for updating us about that.

    I've tested this and I am able to confirm the same issue from my end after checking this more.

    I have sent a bug report about this to our developers so that we can get this issue corrected

    We will update you as soon as we can.

    We apologize for the delays. 

    I have checked also and found that it is not yet fixed on our end.

    The bug ticket report submitted by my colleague was already assigned to one of our developer. Our developer will provide response here as soon as they have new update on the status.

    I will do a follow up on your behalf as well.

    Yes but the process is supposed to store the layout pdf on the Dropbox file, which is mainly why I have chosen Jotform ( I want to have a shared folders that stores the layout but not sharing the access to Jotfrom)

    Hi there,

    First of all, sorry for the inconvenience. If you have migrated your account to EU servers, you can view your submissions on JotForm by using the https://eu.jotform.com/ URL; but the Dropbox integration still collects blank submissions.

    However, we have already started to work on this issue, so it will be fixed soon. I will let you know the updates.

    We have the same issue (EU Server too).  The new submissions are still showing up as blank lines for using the https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx address.

    Is there any update on when this will be fixed?

    Hello,

    I'm sorry but it takes too much timer to solve this issue, I have toomuch problems to get the providea correct Layout  to my partners, please put the form back to the previous system the time you solve the issue, it's urgent now,

    Hi there,

    As you've requested, I moved your forms from EU to US servers; but you can do the same operation by yourself, all you need to do is follow the same steps from the EU server migration operation.

    After this Dropbox EU servers problem fixed, you can migrate your data to EU again. Now, please check the Dropbox integration on US servers and let us know. I will let you know about the updates.

    Hi again,

    The good news received from our developers. From now on, the Dropbox integration doesn't store blank submission anymore; but make sure that your form doesn't have Captcha field. Currently, captcha field reasoning a blank submission.

    Please, don't forget that we have moved your data to US servers. Before testing this integration, you need to migrate your data to the EU servers again by using the method from the previous thread. Also, you need to use the https://eu.jotform.com/ URL.

     

    If you encounter the same error again, please let us know.

    Hi, they are some improvements (I can see the informations and generate layout manually) but the automatic layout that should be transferred in the Dropbox are still empty,I move back to US servers awaiting complete working solution,
