I have added my email address to your form and made a test submission. I received the email. Can you check yours?
We don't have any issues with Free Email Addresses so you should suppose to receive it. As for the custom email address, if you're not receiving any, I would suggest checking this guide for our recommended solutions:
Note that if you want to test whether the actual form recipients will receive the form email, you have to preview the form, fill it and submit as if you are making a real submission. This is because the Test Email in the notification settings will only send an email to your primary email address.

Thanks for testing this. Seems to be working for everything except emails at my domain now (edbergsolutions.com). This morning nothing was working.
I don't think its a issue with Jotform

That's maybe related to spam filtering to your end, for the custom email domain. Please check the guide and try the solutions. The whitelisting part is important.
