Can the Jotform possibly achieve this?

To my understanding it seems that you wish to be able to call up previous data.
Are you attempting to do this on the form itself as data is entered? Or?
If you are planning to do this on the form itself then your options to do this would be substantially limited since the form is mainly designed to collect data.
This means that the majority of your received information is only searchable and visible through email notifications and also in the submissions viewer or reports including some of our other integrations.
If you want it to be automatic then you might be able to do that with the forms full source code or by sending it to a secondary database to automate though I can't guarantee it. This would have to be done outside of jotform if you have the knowledge or are willing to hire someone to do that.
