Cancel subscription and refund charge

    please note, my subscription was up for renewal TODAY - and i cancelled it TODAY. however, i was still charged.

    i feel it's fair to ask to be reimbursed for the $90 considering you processed my bill before the end of the day.
     
    i felt your product was great, but don't need it right now. when i need it in the future, i certainly will start a subscription.
     
    but right now i'm not using your services - therefore, i would like my account cancelled. in particular because i believe the billing cycle was done prematurely. i had through today to cancel.
     
    please advise.

    We understand, as per your request your subscription(reference number: INT141031-7115-10356S) has been cancelled, and the full charge returned. Your account eleven1designs is back to free status now.

    Okay... that was the easiest, smoothest, best customer service i've experienced in a long time.

    I previously spoke highly of your service/product but will be SURE to share my customer experience with others.
