please note, my subscription was up for renewal TODAY - and i cancelled it TODAY. however, i was still charged.i feel it's fair to ask to be reimbursed for the $90 considering you processed my bill before the end of the day.i felt your product was great, but don't need it right now. when i need it in the future, i certainly will start a subscription.but right now i'm not using your services - therefore, i would like my account cancelled. in particular because i believe the billing cycle was done prematurely. i had through today to cancel.please advise.thank you.carrie
