I'm in the process of using JotForm to collect data from participants of a health-related study. The data will be of a personal nature similar to a medical file. Although it seems obvious that I should opt for the encryption, I'm wondering how I will be able to use the submitted information if there is no possibility of organizing the data in reports, in pdf format, etc. Is it possible for you to give me a sample of what encrypted data looks like and explain in detail how I will be able to export or transfer the data? For example, if I can't generate a report in JotForm, can I export data to a .docx or .xls file on my computer? Other options? Thank you kindly! MC

Of course, you can export your form data to a .xls file, and you will be able to manage your submissions as you want, please refer to this guide:
I hope that helps.
