Updated questions - can mailchimp email add to list be setup with conditional logic?

I would like to  setup a verification of form submission email addresses against existing ones in mailchimp database or csv file and in addition if new emails are input, to add those to a seperate new database.

Is this possible? Can you explain how?

Are you referring to importing subscribers' list in Mailchimp? If so I have found an article that can help you. It says that Mailchimp removes any duplicate email address when you import a list to your Mailchimp account: http://kb.mailchimp.com/quick-answers/lists-answers/does-mailchimp-check-for-duplicates-when-i-import-subscribers.

I wanted to know - once I have integrated mailchimp with my form is it possible  besides for adding the contact to a list I specify to setup some conditional logic prior to it? 

For example if the field it is ticked that the presenter is a new presenter, I want that email address and his co presenters to be added to one list but if he it's ticked he's presented before, then that email and his co presenters should be verified against an old list? 

How can I set that up? It seems I can only setup ONE mailchimp integration and its limited and very simple. see the screenshot here :

Hi,

Unfortunately, you cannot set a condition logic in our Mailchimp integration. You can only send the contact in your form to your mailchimp account to one specific list. You cannot set this conditionally or have the ability to check the contact on old list. Regarding the screenshot you provided, by default, the setup for Mailchimp integration matching form fields has Email and Full Name field.

To add/show another field in the Match Form Field setup, you also need to create/add the field in your Mailchimp list by creating a sign up form on the list you are using. 

Here is a sample where I added a Phone Number and Website field in the Mailchimp list Sign Up Form (General Form).

Then the Phone Number and Website field was also available in the Match Form Field setup.
