I'm getting billing questions from Plimus...is this the company I update my credit card information with to renew my services with you? Please inform, soon.

Thank you so much for asking. Since you've paid using Credit Card, payment transaction is processed by our 3rd party payment gateway, Plimus and you're correct with that. If you'd like to update your Plimus billing details, please follow the steps below:
First, you will need to find out your Plimus username (a long string of numbers) from the original plimus email you received when you first paid for JotForm, then enter it on the link below and enter the email address used in email.
That will reset your password and you can then login to your Plimus account to change the CC details.
