We see from time to time "Server too busy" instead of a form.
Can you tell us when this can happen? Does this happen often?
Is it when we change at the same time the form?
Are there any way to avoid this?

I checked your form and it is working properly on my side. I was able to load your form. We don't have any server issues reported.Could you check it on another browser.
