I recently paid to upgrade my account, bu tI'm not seeing the changes in the front-end tool. It still says that I have a "free" account. How long does this usually take as I need to accept more than 10 payments in the very near future.

There was a problem on your purchased, you've entered your email address intead of your username on the JotForm Login Name field that's why our system failed to automatically upgrade your account.
I have now manually upgraded your account to Premium so you should now see an increase on your account quota. If you can't see any changes, please log out and log back in for this to take effect.
