Form is not jumping to the top of page 5 when clicking next button on page 4

Asked by FormuleMagique on November 02, 2015 at 04:34 AM

    Hi Jotform support,

I have some troubles with this form :

My customers complete page 4 and click on Next button to get to the next page (n°5) but get like a blank page.

Actually, it's just the bottom of page 5. So they have to scroll up to the top of the page 5 to see the next fields.

It's a big problem because they think there is something wrong with the form and do not finish the submission... :(

Could you helpe me asap please ?

    Thanks

I have tested your form and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue.

After I clicked on next button on Page four I went on the top of page five.

Also I noticed that you have conditions for skipping pages. Is there any specific scenario how can we replicate this issue? I was not able to replicate it in Goggle Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Did you maybe embedded your form to your website? If so please provide us URL of your website so that we can test your form there.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hey,
    Thank you for replying.
Yes, we embedded the form to a website. Here is the link :

Youre right, when I complete the form on Jotform, there is no issue
You have to select Conseiller EIE/PTRE on the first field to replicate
    the issue.
Thank you for your help. Its really urgent.

I have tested your embedded form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue.

Can you please try to re embed your form again with iFrame code. Currently the height of you iFrame code is set to 5757px.

Inside of this guide you can find how to get iFrame code of your form:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hey,

I've tried to embed my form again with Ifranme code and it didn't work. I was not able to see the rest of the form on the first page... Look at this screenshot :

Please try to add this code inside of your iFrame code: onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"

It has the coordinates to up to where the jump should be.

You iFrame part of code should look like this.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" style="width: 100%; height: 5757px; border: none;" src="//form.jotformpro.com/form/52744308258964" width="300" height="150" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi,

Could you try copying and pasting this code instead: http://pastebin.com/sH2502ar.

Make sure to remove all the previous code in your last embed.

I noticed you seem to have setup your website using Wordpress, you could try the methods mentioned in this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/324-A-Guide-To-Forms-For-WordPress-JotForm-Users. See if which one works. If none works, we might need to forward this to our developers to further checked and have it fixed.

    We'll wait for your response.
