We are taking tickets for our conference later this month using a Jotform page.
The form has been live since June and has worked right up until now.
However, as of today, completed entries are returning blank on our end - this is critical to us to resolve, as you can imagine. Screenshot attached of what the returned forms look like to me when I click on View Submissions - the Jo Collins entry at the bottom is how it *should* look, and did up until now.
EDIT: I should note that I get an e-mail notification whenever someone fills in the form, and those are populated, so I know they shouldn't appear blank.
Is there a way to change these e-mail notifications to include the entire form, until this issue is resolved? At the moment only the first half of what they've filled in is included in the e-mails I receive automatically.

I'm about to leave for the day but any help given overnight would be greatly appreciated as this is critical for my company, I'll keep this page open.

We are sorry for the inconveniences you are facing due to the blank entries on a form submissions page. A bug report ticket has been attached to this thread and escalated to our Development Team.
In the meantime, we have reset the email notification template on your form. You should receive complete data by email.
We will let you know once we have any updates on a ticket.
