HI, we have tried it again on 3 The Courtyard which is in our submissions folder and the same thing is happening. Can you let me know what to do to rectify this? Please refer to this address to see the problem.

    Hi,

I checked your account username TonyBenting, but I can't seem to find a form with a title "3 The Courtyard". Could you share us the link to the form? Also, to confirm, the uploaded images are not showing in the PDF submission, is that correct?

    We'll wait for your response.

It is under Oakham submissions folder, if you scroll down to the bottom of the first page of submissions then you will see it's at the bottom. We have tried 'getting pdf' for all the ones recently submitted last week and they are not picking up all the pictures that have been uploaded in the reports for some reason.

    Hi,

May I know if you are using the "Customized PDF" feature? It seems like this should be fixed by editing the layout of the PDF. I see that the submission "3 The Courtyard" has more findings listed and has more uploaded images, if you have edited the PDF layout with a fewer findings, then that may be the reason why they are not showing.

I will forward this to our developers to have it checked, but to confirm, have you used the "Customized PDF" for that form to edit the PDF layout? Please note that using that feature, you will have a fixed layout similar to a printed paper.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Hi

no we don't use the 'customized PDF'. All we use is the 'get PDF' and it should upload exactly as it's shown on jotform submission but this doesn't appear to be happening. At present we are manually editing the layout with 'Adobe acrobat pro' to neaten the form up as it still isn't looking how we want it to, but we can't do anything with the forms if it's not uploading all the information submitted, namely the pictures as these are an important part of the form.

Thank you for the information. But if this is the correct form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/43205842053346 in question, I would suggest trying to delete the PDF Design reports:

Try to get the PDF again afterwards and see if the issue persists.

    Thanks
