Why is my submit button missing?

It looks fine in JotForm and in my website CMS, but for some reason is missing when I view it live (tried Firefox and Chrome). I have tried updating the line height in the code, but that doesn't seem to fix it. The only thing that works is deleting the CAPTCHA feature...

The form code is supposed to automatically set/adjust container height. You might consider re-adding the captcha field, so we will be able to look further into this.

Note, that captcha is usually not required on our forms.
