How can I use form for submissions when no internet connection is present?

Hi

I am doing photo shoots for a mother and baby group and I would like them to be able to complete the form I have created prior to having their photographs taken at the group.

There is no internet connection there and the signal is not strong enough on my phone to use the form online.

Is there a way that I can collect submissions when I am not on the internet whilst using my ipad?  Then maybe they would upload once I have an internet connection?

Our fillable PDf versions of forms are able to collect data when offline and then be submitted later when a connection is present:

However, the fillable PDF's cannot be submitted from IOS devices and occasionally have issues even being filled out on them.  You would need to safe it as a PDF file then forward it to be opened on a desktop or laptop.
