I've created a form twice, and have been unable to preview and, apparently, save the forms

    Created form

    Clicked save - got no feedback

    Clicked Preview: got no feedback

    Went to My Forms - blank form

     

    ???

    Hi,

    It sounds like you may not be fully logged in to you account.  Try logging out, clearing your browsers cache/cookies, then logging back in to your account. 

    If that still does not work, try logging in with private or incognito mode.

    Your forms and account are in good standing so you should be able to create new forms without issue.
