The section info is saved in the submission form but is not emailed.

    I have a tournament entry form which has a required field to collect the section entered. I am not getting that info in the notifier email but it is in the submission record on Jotform.How do I get the program to include in the email?

    To see the form, go to and click on register and pay now.

    I have inspected email Notification settings of mentioned form and you did not set correct value of your"Section" field and because of that value that is entered inside of that field is not shown when you receive Notification. Also the name of the field is not set.

    Probably when you added new fields inside of your form,you did not add those fields and values of those fields inside of Email Notification.

    You need to add them inside of your Notification.


    Or you can simply create new Email Notification and delete old one. When you create new Notification all fields and values of fields will be automatically added inside of your Email Notification.
