my account suspended

    hello, i want to find out why my account is suspended. can anyone help me solve this?

    Hi,

    We do not allow for the collection of credit card details directly through the form.  Your most recent form "contact us" only collected such data.  I removed the form from your account and reactivated your account.  If you need to authorize cards for payment at a later date, I would recommend using payment authorization using one of our payment processor:
