I recently had a colleague share her forms with me, and I cloned one of those forms, revised it to make it my own, and then sent it out to relevant parties to fill the form out. However, when they send in their submissions, I do not receive the email notifications...my colleague does. How can we route these submissions to me?

You would have to change the email in the Recipient E-mail field to yours. Please see this guide. If you need further help with this, we'd be happy to provide it.
