. We would like to have a field to put multiple entries into and can not find a good way to do it. Iv'e looked at all the widgets. What we need to two text fields so that we can collect their first name and last name....and we would like them to be able to add more names and delete names on the list. Attached is the form we correctly use, but are trying to put into a an online version.

    Thank you so much!!

I believe our Infinite List widget would fit your requirements. However, there are other dynamic widgets which you may find to be more suitable. Here's our widget guide.

Do inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks

Thank you for the infinite list suggestion. I looked into using this and the only issue we are having with it is how it is being recorded in our spreadsheet. The data from other widgets just lists the names in a easy way to read like the example below.

    George Washington
    John Adams
    Ronald Reagan

When I use the infinite list widget the data is transferred in a confusing way. It appearing in our spreadsheet like the example below.

    First Name:George Last Name:Washington
    First Name:John Last Name:Adams
    First Name:Ronald Last Name:Reagan

Is there a way for the data to be transferred in without the header before the answers?? Thank you very much!!!

We cannot set custom output data format, but it looks like that you have solved the issue by using an Add Options widget instead.

    Thank you!!!!

I also am using the preview before submit widget and when I hit the back button it just takes me back to the preview answers screen....therefore I can not edit any answers. Is there a way to put the preview answers button on my last page instead of it on its own page?? Or for there to be a back button on the preview answers page as well?

    Thanks!!!
