    Jotform is not sending emails again. My business depends on these emails getting through to my sales reps. Please resolve!

    According to our mail logs, all the submissions are SENT. There is no a single failure in the log.

    So, I would recommend you to whitelist our domains in the CPANEL or talk  with your email service administrator to whitelist them.

    None of these addresses are in our bounce list. Please check the spam folders. Also, the domains should be in the whitelist to make them to work OK.
